FOR PARENTS/TEACHERS

• No donation collected for any admission. Parents are warned not to give any donation to anybody with the hope of getting admission in our school in any standard.
• The education of children is the combined responsibility of the school and the home. Parents and guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities on all matters.
• Read the rules list in the school diary and ensure that the student adhere to them.
• Check the school diary for daily homework, special notices or circulars. Remark made in the school diary should be seen and counter signed regularly.
• Report cards will be given only during the open days along with answer scripts, for which the parents have to come in person and meet the teachers to discuss about your Wards performance.
• The visiting hours for parents are after 3.40p.m. Parents may meet class teachers on a daily basis after 3.40p.m.
• The lunch bags to be kept before 11.30a.m. with the name tag at the front office.
• To meet the principal prior appointment is required.
• Circulars should be carefully, filled and kept for future reference.
• Instruct your child to keep all the circulars in his/her handbook so that you will not miss any of it. Incase your child is absent to school check with the other parents of the same std & sec, for any circular given by the school office, so that you will not miss any important details like bus timings, change of any scheduled program etc.
• Excursions are part of educative process. Encourage your children to avail of this facility as it develops keen sense of observation, exploration and co-operation among children.
• A report on conduct, application and progress will be sent to you at regular intervals of each assessment. Every child develops and assimilates at his/her own pace. You are 18 requested to create an atmosphere that is conductive at home with regard to academic pursuits. However you are most welcome to discuss any point pertaining to the child with the principal or the respective teachers after fixing proper appointment with the school office.
• Use of internet or any visual media at homes should be monitored.
