The infrastructure has been planned and constructed in an easily accessible location. A child friendly campus, the class rooms are spacious and state of the art with LCD monitors that redefine the learning as well as the teaching experience. The classes are conducted through live streaming of the subjects for the class, thus making the concept of black board, obsolete.

Library

A well stocked library with ever-increasing books spanning all subjects that is interesting for all children alike with a separate section for foreign languages and an updated encyclopedia section for quick references, latest periodicals, daily newspapers as well as reference books for teachers and students are available.

Computer Centre

Computer science is made a compulsory subject for students from Std I. We have a fully functional and centralized computer center with multi media and internet facility, which is constantly upgraded with the changes in the field.

Laboratories

Fully equipped with the best of instruments and spacious science labs are a highlight of S.S. citizen school. Separate lab for Physics, Chemistry and Biology to aid through all demonstrations for classes till VIII Std and practicals for classes IX to X.

Play area

Healthy mind in healthy body is the principle we follow at S.S citizen school. For this purpose alone, we have compulsory physical activity classes for all students. Outdoor playgrounds for basket ball, volley ball and badminton as well as indoor play area for carom, etc as well as a separate indoor and outdoor play section for the tiny tots are utilized to its fullest extent by all our students.

School Bus

The School provides options for transportation of the children to and from the school. To avail this facility interested parents may contact the office for further information.

New Admission Details

The academic year commence in the month of April every year. Admission is open to kindergarten to 1st standard only and to other classes admission is based on the vacancy of seats available. Application and prospects can be obtained from the school office directly. Along with the application the following documents are to be submitted to the administrative office.

• Birth Certificate (Photocopy).


• Transfer Certificate and last exam result from previous school.


• passport size photograph of 2 each – Father, Mother and Child.


• Medical history records and other details about the child that may be important.
